Was browsing through digitalstorm and came up with something like this. http://www.digitalstormonline.com/comploadsaved.asp?id=416386 Just curious if these parts will work good together and not cause any bottle necking. Also if anyone has any suggestions for alt parts that might drop the price down a little I'm open. Thanks. Link to comment

Asus has better rep more reliable so I'd go with them rather than EVGA but EVGA is not so bad.. GET A CORSAIR PSU!!!! FOR30 EXTRA DOLLARS DO IT not modular though :/ and that hard drive is ok at best... they are really fucking you over in that department looking at the list available its over priced... and not very good choices... on one last note: build it yourself lazy ass!! Nvidia card is nice...ati is nice to.. dont really care but I think in that price range Id go ati Edited June 20, 2010 by trakaill Link to comment

PotshotPolka Posted June 20, 2010 Content Count: 6084 Joined: 03/31/08 Status: Offline Share Posted June 20, 2010 I strongly suggest a gtx 275, they're dropping in price and high quality cards, I'd even suggest two of them maybe if the price is right. Also, don't pay for windows 7 there, talk with Wrathek. 1 Link to comment

PotshotPolka Posted June 21, 2010 Content Count: 6084 Joined: 03/31/08 Status: Offline Share Posted June 21, 2010 Woah woah, I don't really think you need twin gtx-465s, and I highly doubt they'll both fit in an Antec 300. Consider upgrading and getting one GTX-480 instead, and use that extra money for an Antec 1200 (I suggest it more than the 900 because it has filters too, otherwise ask me about my spare used Antec 900 for $50 +shipping). Also it'd probably be safer to beef up your PSW by maybe another 100 watts, 650 probably is enough but I honestly am no expert on the matter. If you can find faster RAM sticks, consider it too. I dont know what you do but if its mostly gaming... and 650W is MORE than enough for one card... I would get a bigger case.. if I were you Id get a HAF 922 over the antec 900 .. it seems to be the perfect medium between a mid and full tower case!! Link to comment
