efrozen Posted June 22, 2010 Content Count: 227 Joined: 07/16/09 Status: Offline Share Posted June 22, 2010 anyone else ever worn these and ran/worked out in them? they are designed so that you are constantly on your toes.. so basically overtime of just jogging or working out at the gym, constantly standing on your toes just builds your calf muscles up. I ran in them for about an hour this morning and i havn't been able to walk like all day. My calf muscles are like in a knot lol.
