First, we need to disable the death animations (surrender or so...) by typing this in the console: cl_ragdoll_physics_enable 1

cl_ragdoll_fade_time "1" or "0", dunno...

cl_ragdoll_collide 1

 

To get blood:

violence_agibs 1

violence_ablood 1

violence_hblood 1

violence_hgibs 1

 

You can also but it in the autoexec.cfg:

violence_agibs 1

violence_ablood 1

violence_hblood 1

violence_hgibs 1

cl_ragdoll_physics_enable 1

LOL!

 

Some people got the censored version of CSS after the update, it might be right if you are in a country that censors their games or if your account is registered there.

 

Otherwise it is a bug and will be fixed soon, might have to contact valve.

 

Karnivor's solution might work but some people on the Steam forums have reported that it doesn't work for everyone.
