I know this may be the wrong section but I didn't find a better fitting one. How can you convert a .DEM file like the one that u get from typing record in console to something watchable, like a video on youtube?

You have to play your demo in CSS, and record it using an external program, like FRAPS. The other option is using Source Recorder, which will make an AVI out of all the frames playing in your game. The source recorder option is much higher quality, but may be a bit more difficult depending on how you use it.
