New mute script works within PB

Why would we fix a temporary script? This was only added until SB goes live, considering we have all the admins set up and servers are in the process of being added, I don't imagine it will take -that- long to accomplish this. Please just deal with the chat spam until then =/

So yes, the chat spamming is annoying. But would you rather deal with the chat spam or the constant dead people talking about whatever they feel like?

Constant dead people talking was less annoying then this chat spamming script.

I dunno, I thought the chat spam would only occur on Mani since I've never seen it do that on a SM server. If it's still doing it with SM on, then maybe it is a bug and needs fixed, IDK, I'll ask LVG or Svendy.

Good if this is only temporary, not to bitch but the constant chat spam from console muting and unmuting random people is really annoying. And on more than one occasion random people get muted or unmuted in the middle of rounds.

With Svendy's telling me the proper command to fix, I believe the mute chat spam is disabled. I haven't tested myself since I had to go for a bit but it should be working properly. If you notice any errors, just tell me.
