So after a bit of fooling around with afterburner:

And then the processor was OC'd to 4ghz, idle temps in BIOS were 27-29 Degrees.

I will do some more experimentation when I get PRIME95/uniengine/3dMarks/Actaully learn how to OC with voltages.
