Denying Last Requests

I'd like to know for sure if this is allowed because I've had CTs say "LR Denied, stay in [insert area Ts were sent to]!"

And if I were to leave to try to LR I would be killed; would this be freekill or not?

Last Requests don't have to be granted I'm pretty sure.

 

But here is a thought, when all your fellow inmates are rebelling, HELP THEM!

Yes, CT's can deny that.

And if your LR gets denied and you go somewhere without permission then it is not a freekill, obviously.
