Guest barackobama
I just had to pop out and buy a cheap headset (I always break my really expensive ones, so I'm going the Haggard way!) the sound is fine, but it won't pick my voice up, unless I SHOUT REALLY REALLY loud! I have no idea, the mic does not have a mute button on, and I've checked sound options. It's a MULTIMEDIA HEADSET LH-758 Model NO. 1092014 Kesa Electricals UK Link to comment

Usually you give an explanation on it after unless it is easy to tell. I can't be like cold hamburgers are like half living mice. Then not explain what I mean, because what I said made no sense whatsoever.. Anyways... I have a cheap headset and it's worked fine for a few months now. And my cheap headset before this one worked fine for like a year (until it stopped working in the front of my computer, but still worked in the back, except cord wasn't long enough) Have you gone into sound and looked at microphone boost or amplifier?
