He got a cheap headset. thats that. NOW LETS GET BACK TO THE QUESTION!! I really do believe it is a settings issue... This is the same thing as my haedset and i did fint that my mic was on mute in the system sound settings.. just kept playing aound with them. what OS u got? maybe I can give directions Link to comment
Labarr Posted July 18, 2010 Content Count: 3052 Joined: 08/30/09 Status: Offline Share Posted July 18, 2010 Try this: 1)Bottom right of taskbar click Speakers 2)click Mixer 3)Find System Sounds and Click on the Icon 4)Go to Recording Tab 5)Mkae sure it finds ur headset 6)Right Click on your Microphone and go to properties 7)Go to levels tab and make sure a)it isnt muted b)volume bar is up all the way...
