If you can use a screw driver you can build a computer. We can pick the parts out for you if you want.

Then find a local PC shop using google, call them, ask them if for a fee if they will assemble your PC, and ask them how much, $50-75 being the limit. If you are capable of doing these things you can save yourself hundreds.

For $1400 that's decent, but the motherboard is overkill if you're not going to overclock or SLI.
