Also, no it hasn't been tested, the epoxy is still hardening and I don't want to heat it up and I'm going to use some bolts to reinforce and act as spacers since the plastic shit it had before doesn't cut it.

 

6" exactly in width. Clears southbridge and RAM by about .25".

Card is idling at 40C on each core, will test some games for temps, down from 55C, will see what happens when we put it under heavy load (Furmark didn't get it above 60C)

Thermally the best test I know of is intel style where you just fire off everything with junk data JUST to cause heat.
