Recommend me a PC

I wanna buy a new PC, because this one is getting old. Right now I have HP Pavilion a6302f, with ATI 4650 HD. On my new PC, I wanna spent about 700 max. I don't know if that's enough, but I wanna be able to get about 200 FPS on CSS. And play the newer games. So, please recommend me what do you think is the best.

that one is decent-ish, you won't get 200 fps all the time (I have the a 5670), but its not bad either in CSS the lowest my fps has gone down to is around 50 on ze. While on PB I've never seen my fps go below 150

Can't really find a good pc, I suggest you make your own one. But you should get these if you haven't yet.

Forgot to mention this but Haiven is right building your own pc is a lot cheaper, my desktop has basically the same specs as the one I linked too but I spent $500 building it, plus mine has another pcie X16 slot usb 3.0 and sata 6 gb/s.. Moral of the story is if you feel up to it building your own you save a bundle
