Its a tool that searches your computer for the file name you ask for. Good if you have a large amount of files like me on your computer that you can forget where you put easy.

 

If on vista or 7 this is entirely useless. the built in search is incredible. just remember to include EVERYWHERE in indexed locations and you'll have very near-instant results.
