An award by definition is something given to a person or a group of people to recognize excellence in a certain field. Each award is attained by meeting the requirements to receive the award. How do I earn awards? Some awards are earned by simply being here for a certain amount of time. Others require a lot more effort to receive such as the “Outstanding Member” award (which is only handed out by BD’s, which is apposed to AO+ handling almost every other award).
