For your budget, the deathadder. For anyone willing to pay the money and that's tried one (some people can't stand the feel) I suggest the G-9. It's very comfortable, and since it's essentially the direct descendant of the G-5 I suggest it just for that, I had a G-5 for 6 years before it started getting quirky (my fault too, I snagged a wire and damaged it).

I'd go for a Logitech or a Razer.

 

Im not kidding but Razer has very good stuff logitech does to but there better in sound and like microphones i have a headset from logitech its fine (pc is crappy tough) but a mouse should be bought from Razer

they just came out with a new version of the lachesis with 5600 DPI. I personaly love my older lachesis.

When its time to buy a new gaming mouse, the first thing you need to do is figure out if you are a low or high sensitivity gamer. if you are a high sensitivity gamer, you should look for a mouse that has a high DPI rating (ie. 5600DPI) ,but on the other hand if you are a low sensitivity gamer(like me) you need to find a mouse that can track accurately and consistently over a large distance. in most cases a high sens. gamer will use a laser gaming mouse because of its ability to be very very precise over a small area, and most low ses. gamers will use an optical gaming mouse with a lower DPI rating than a laser. this is because of the optical's ability to track a larger surface, faster. a good mouse all around is the razer deathadder because it has the best of both worlds. it can be precise (3500DPI) and if the dpi is turned down (via drivers) the deathadder is capable of tracking very very fast over a large surface. basically, it works for both types of gamers, high and low sensitivities alike. i hope this helps lol

I didnt bother reading all this nonsense but whether you like high or low sensitivity a high DPI mouse with a low ingame sensitivity will give oyu better results than a mouse with lower DPI and higher sensitivity.. just sayin. Bottom line if you have money get 5600 DPI no mater what!!
