You CAN kill them for having any type of gun according to this rule, holstered or otherwise (except pistols; if they have a holstered pistol, you can either request they take it out to drop it, or tell them to keep it holstered (in both cases you can't kill them for just having a holstered pistol)). If they intentionally detour to pickup a pistol (IF the no detours or delays order is given), I usually kill them (though I don't think this is a "solid rule", so please don't quote on it (though I'd think it'd fall under "You do not need warning shots for: ..etc.. Prisoners not obeying rules"). The greentext on the first post are the changes. Everything else is exactly the same as before.

i love the sounds of the new rules. makes more sense like being able to go rambo if you're the last CT.
