Added a simple sentence to prevent some QQ/complaints, since I know some douche will call that guideline out as a rule when they get killed for disobeying an order.

 

Good idea, I'll add that to the PB rule thread and for those who play/lurk this try to remind people of the change as !rules and !motd are broken and I cannot fix them despite trying my little heart out. =[

No. CTs need to stop being trolls and decide which order they will follow. This works 99% of the time, unless (not saying names here) joins the server and intentionally gives orders other than what the other CTs agreed on, just to cause trouble.

 

The server is as near to PERFECT as it will ever be, right now. Please don't mess with it anymore :(. You've done a wonderful job.

 

So instead of forcing CT's to comply you want them to figure it out for themselves? So while we are at it lets just make it so warning shots are in the eye of the beholder and by that i mean what ever they feel a warning shot is needed they can do it. So if someone turns there head towards me i feel that deserves an awp shot to the foot. Sir, GTFO

I don't like the warden idea neither tbh ... just imagine when a boring **** ct always get warden ... altho i don't like it either when i give rules & some1 suddenly hops in & changes my rules :mmph:

 

also, if the warden would die then all the t's would go screaming: "warden dead, rules don't count, freeday"

 

As for the rest ...

 

Deathgames: I do like a deathgame from time to time ... but wouldn't like to be forced to play a deathgame EVERY round.

Last CT freeforall: No, if the last ct has even a little bit of brains he'll just say all t's go to soli(or whatever) before 1:30(or whatever) ... after that he come out & shoot all outside the soli.

Hate the idea of a warden tbh.

 

What if we add something like this to the rules: Maybe better worded if someone can think of a better way though

 

 

  1. Warning shots, use common sense/judgment here. If a prisoner accidentally uncrouches or can't hear over the mic spam you cannot simply shoot them in the head.
  2. The user with a mic giving out orders is the priority order OVER text commands. If more than one order is given, CT's either must agree or they cannot freekill the T's for disobeying due to the confusion in the round and your own lack of preparation.

 

Meh, first command should be followed in my opinion.

Don't make it too difficult.

 

I agree with the warning shot part though.

Eh the thing with baiting is that it's kind of annoying when a CT purposely baits a T to kill him, then the rest of the CT's attacked the T. If a CT runs in with no gun, gets killed then the killers die, it's pretty lame IMO. =P

 

I suppose it shouldn't matter whether it's with a mic or text but with the amount of complaining about confusion between orders given it was the only thing I could think of at the time to maybe lessen those freekills. If it isn't working out I could remove the priority part and just keep the CT=freekilling if 2 or more orders are given as it isn't fair to the T's. I guess I can do that now.

I will be working on a script that assigns a random person on the CT team Warden for, read carefully now, THE FIRST 2 MINUTES OF THE ROUND. Me and Jen both agree that this would cut down on the early QQ about who said what. If you don't like it GTFO
