Harry Posted August 27, 2010 Content Count: 2085 Joined: 04/19/10 Status: Offline Share Posted August 27, 2010 (edited) Try pining store.steampowered.com, and getting a tracert too. If you're running Windows 7: Start -> type "cmd" (minus the quotes) -> type "ping store.steampowered.com" (minus quotes), and after type "tracert store.steampowered.com" (minus quotes). Windows XP: Start -> Run -> type "cmd" (minus quotes), and type "ping store.steampowered.com" (minus quotes), and after type "tracert store.steampowered.com" (minus quotes). Paste the output of those two commands please. Yes, one of the Steam Friends servers are down for weekly maintenance right now, but "any Steam website" implies that store.steampowered.com does not work, so I am trying to see what would be the problem there, as that is NOT down. If you couldn't load it, I dunno. (Store uses a different server than friends) Link to comment https://forums.steam-gamers.net/topic/35191-no-connection-to-steam-servers-possible-neither-to-any-steam-website/#findComment-447735
