Plus those would probably be the more religious parts of the country, so they could find some shelter/church aid maybe. They tend to be the nice folks who take in the smelly hobos and give them showers, food, etc. Did you mean sell car instead of sell call? If so, if the hobos have gone full hobo and have nothing except their dirty ass jacket, pants and boots, they are going to have a tough time getting to where the cost of living is cheap. They could be lucky and find that nice family on the road willing to pick up a hitchhiker. Better off pulling a Forrest Gump and run across the country to get where they are going.

Shockingly, it only took 108 years to realize that the homeless dont buy shit in the retail district and generally dont contribute to our tax base.

I say put them on a plane with a chute, and toss them in the middle of the everglades. Lots of food, water, and wood to make a swiss-family-jenkins paradise where they can live efficiently and be out of sight.
