Yea. 16 is really just the "age limit" since most people generally rage till about 14, then grow some balls, and mature.

 

Of course, there's always exceptions to the rules, both ways.

The only reason I can think of you being kicked for expressing an opinion is if it directly or if the way you present it falls under:

 

A. Player/admin disrespect

B. Racism

or C. Spamming (Such as bill cosby telling us about his opinion of jello for an hour and a half)

16 years old requirement is moreso a guideline than anything else.
