im an original dod fag. gawd i miss that game. so fucking great... still is. not that many servers anymore tho. hardly anyone plays. i played it before i played counter strike. i always thought counter strike was gay.. waiting till the last team mate dies to respawn. I miss you Day of Defeat.! i remember first hearing about dod source. everyone was so jazzed. Then it came out and it was gawd awful. counter strike just cant compare to the great maps and severs and epic fights and mods day of defeat had. I wish I could go back to those days.

I bought the box version of CSS and it came with it.

 

I played it once for like 20 minutes, and had to shut it off because it was so horrible
