As long as your sure your mobo supports AM3, then I would go with the new AMD 6-Core CPU's.

CPU - AMD CPU Phenom II 1055T Six Core Processor

Ram - Corsair Memory XMS2 Dominator 4GB

HDD - 1TB (1000 GB) Western Digital Green

PSU - Powercool 750 W

Case - Xclio / Meridian Technology A380 Black Tower Computer Case

Total;

£407.22

Edit:

your card is fine for the time being, just please, if you do think of upgrading DON'T go with the new nvidia GtX460, it loves to overheat, well, like most of the nvidia GTX family...

Just saying, you might aswell get Caviar Black instead of Blue. (Black is better if I rememeber correctly)

^that is a very true statement!! The black 640GB has awesome reviews and apparently bench to back it!!

With DDR2, I'd suggest 6-8 GB, beyond that you're golden.

I think 4 is enough.. it's fine for me. Id stick to 4

Heard some bad stuff about the OCZ PSU's cause apparently they cables they come with are really short and the HAF922 isn't the smallest mid tower around.

That though is the most important!!!! OCZ cable are freaking short (I own one) and the HAF22 if the biggest mid tower out there I had trouble with my scout which is smaller... I would def go with Corsair http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-CMPSU-650TX-650-Watt-Certified-compatible/dp/B000X24ISU

This is what I got and if your on a budget its awesome! I got better cable managment with that non modular PSU than I did with my modular OCZ both in the same case!
