what do u consider being active on vent, forum and or in game like one twice a week more than twice or what is the deal ??

Just be active. Not going away for a week - month without saying anything. Try being here whenever you can be.

Just stay on a vent channel whenever you're on the computer, and when you go away just simply go into the AFK channel.

 

Be active on the forums, but be ample about it. Don't be a post whore.

 

The best thing to do is go in-game once a day for a little bit, say for like one hour. That way you get seen by people and admins(especially if you're trying to apply for it) everyday instead of just one day out of the whole week. Being seen everyday for smaller amounts is usually better than being seen for long amounts on just one day.

I was never on vent and still got admin.

Nor will i ever use vent.

I hardly go on vent, and that hasn't been the reason that my three applications have been denied. I think that I compensate for it with my activity on the forums and servers. Personally, I think that it's a judgement call.

EDIT: On a serious note, i think you shouldnt be judged on Ventrillo Activity. Like im always on our servers and forums! But im not a huge fan of vent, even though i go on it whenever i can and i know how to use it.
