If so, they should pick up the trash as future job training. In all seriousness though, that is really messed up having the mentally challenged class being the ones to pick up everyone's trash. Is there any action the school is taking against the students for the littering? I know in my senior year, some people littered and did some really dumb stuff over the course of a few weeks and the principal removed a good chunk of our senior privileges. Long story short, we had enough people smart enough to help out and convince those slackers they weren't cool by leaving their trash around.
