My Picks

 

Saints over Panthers - Panthers have the worst offensive line I have ever seen and without a running game, they lose

Falcons over Bucs - Blount is overrated and the Falcons offense is underrated, not to mention their defense is much better

Bears over Bills - Fitzpatrick had a good run but now teams realize he is more of a threat than the running game

Patriots over Browns - BJGE has given the Pats somewhat of a running game making their offense even better

Lions over Jets - Detroit is much improved on both sides of the ball this year, it will be close and low scoring

Viking over Cards - The loss of Moss doesn't make them better or worse, AP will run all over the Cards

Ravens over Dolphins - The Fins are 4-0 on the road but the Ravens are 3-0 at home and Rice gets back to business this week

Texans over Chargers - Injuries and an 0-4 road record don't mix well for the Chargers, Foster runs all over them

Giants over Seahawks - Hasslebeck is out and that will really hurt Seattle

Raiders over Chiefs - The Raiders are meshing well right now and I don't see the Chiefs stopping them in Oakland

Eagles over Colts - Vick and Jackson are back and it's a guess as to who is running for the Colts this week

Packers over Cowboys - Kitna is horrible, Dallas is horrible, they will end the season with less than 5 wins

Steelers over Bengals - Carson Palmer throws so many touchdowns when down by 21+ that people think he is good

Well panthers almost beat the saints last time they faced this year, so Im hopeing they somehow come out on top but if they play like they have been then I cant see them winning offensively since the defense can only do so much.

Brees is allegedly playing with a completely destroyed knee, hence why he is doing so poorly this year. I wouldn't be surprised is the Panthers got a win against them.

Agree with most of Spiffy's picks.

 

I'm not buying into the Buc's just yet. If they win it, I might start believing...a little bit.

 

Full-disclosure: I'm from NY and Jets fan.

 

I think the Jets will rebound. The Packers game was huge trip-up, for the offense. The defense was pretty solid, and I don't think Detroit will find any cracks. Suh is a beast, but I think(read: hope) the offense will get back on track with a steady stream of Green/LT.

 

I can't take the Eagles over the Colts. While the Colts do have a sub par rush defense, a huge concern when facing Vick, there defense is still fast and fluid. Their pass defense is also really good. Finally, Manning over Vick any day of the week.
