I think we do fewer bans, but i gotta tell yah, most bans go unappealed. Killer told me today that most of our bans are made by LitKey these days, and considering the thousands we ban and kick the 2 or 3 that make it on the forums each day as appeals matter little...

We have been trying to make ZM less frightening to new comers since Henda left. We also got a great new AO team and admin structure.

 

There's A LOT less headbutting among the "decision makers" now as well which helps a lot.
