They all sound so weird. I just lay my hand on my mouse and let it chill. Guess palm, but sometimes my palm hovers over. So it's a mix.

I switch between Palm and fingertip, depending on game im playing and how much I care. lol

Usually fingertip (especially when awping), but I claw it when i use pistols / shotguns. When it gets really intense, sometimes I turn my mouse sideways...but they don't have a grip listed for that :S
