setting up a server

Hey,

 

I am trying to set up an own server, but when I restart the server with all the needed files

it crashes and resets to the standard settings and files.

I have asked my host, and they said its my problem :S

 

so my question is, could someone set up the server for me or help me do it?

I googled and asked around a bit, but without luck.

I will ofc pay you if you help me.

edit: it is a normal css server, that is is going to be a surf rpg dm
