Is there any way to do this? I heard of Half-Life After Effects but I hear it can get you vac banned, and I doubt it's been updated in awhile. Link to comment

And there's no way to interact with it aside from basic editing techniques (treat it as a video and nothing else, because from what I know, that is, and all it is).. Link to comment

Because I have tried it once or twice and it seems to work, but it can be buggy at times :/ Sorry, this is only meant for future reference, i'm not sure how to edit sound in recorded demos.
