I would like your input as I want to build it based around what you guys want!

• Lego jail, electric large, prison break final, karnage_B7, hellzprison, alcatraz-pre_final, space jail, rapeus.

• I was happy with the old Half life 2 skins (medic for T, CT were combine, etc)
  
  
• Rule List (massive ballache, this pretty much makes or breaks the server)
  
• Take away all un-needed rules, which includes a lot that were recently added. Keep the basics, such as general server rules, CT camping allowed, no last CT bullshit, NO warning shots (This one is important), and more. Basically, revert back to what the rules were at the beginning of 2010 ~ end of 2009.

• I think 5 minutes should be the maximum, if not less.

• 24 slots is always prime, but recently popularity has dropped. If the server doesn't gain popularity, put it to 16 or 20.
  
  
• Any Specific Server Plugins?
  
• NO LR MOD (this isn't hosties), Freekill-Tell (Obvious one), no more than that though. Keep it basically vanilla.

• It would be best to get someone to be dedicated to this server alone, so their time and energy can be focused on reviving this.

• This was always fun to have. People would try to get the highest rank, which meant a lot of people joined the T side in hopes to crush the CTs. Although it's fierce competition, freekilling was never rampant on the CT side of things, because of the large team of admins we have. I think this is a good idea for the server.
  
  
• Mute on Death Yes/ NO
  
• I voted yes because whenever I used to play on the server, it was good to not hear any rage from 12 year olds who think they got freekilled, when they really picked up a gun and started shooting everywhere, yelling ALLAH JIHAD! Having them muted is nice on the ears, and allows for more concentration when playing.

I would also love to add jihad mod, but the eventscript of it broke and no one has fixed it. I wouldnt know who to ask about it also.
