I just got a new mouse, headset, monitor and got a new copy of BC2.

So my processor is old and bad.

 

Will this intel i7 work with my system i have now?

No, the Socket on your motherboard supports 775 chipsets. the i7 you are looking at has the 1156 socket.. So you would have to upgrade your motherboard aswell

There are still processors available on newegg for your motherboard but I recommend that you replace it seems a bit out of date seeing how things are exponentially growning.

And if you want to upgrade to a new processor and mobo just list a price for your budget. =)
