.gifs for avatars

Hey SG if you can give me a hand that would be great

 

So I want to use this as my avatar

so i Downloaded it and when i upload it as my avatar it only show a picture and not the animation

 

If you the reason why or how to make it work it would be greatly appreciated

As long as the gif is your ranks size it will work

I think it's more alongside whether we want to allow for bigger user pictures. I believe that they had a less strict limitation in the past, unless my change of monitors/resolution/dying eyesight has just made that appear for me.
