There are constant warnings everywhere to not give your account information to people, and only login using trusted sites. Logging into a site that looks like http://www.s12steam.h15.ru is just plain dumb. It's really not that hard of a concept to grasp, your steam login only goes into things affiliated with steam. If you're unsure, don't use it.
