I know this is bad placement for stating my problem but if I PM'd a BD they'd laugh at me and tell me to fuck off.

 

I traceroute your website(which I hope is on the same box as your game servers) and after 5 hops it skips until about the 10th hop and then after that it fails to connect.

 

Definitely something wrong with the route I'm trying to follow to your network. I hope this is fixable instead of me having to go fuck off.

 

I'm guessing the only way to fix this is rerouting. Not sure if it's possible.

 

I'm desperate. I miss this community

I had this problem occuring when I was connecting to the forums through the steam browser.

 

Has he tried DMZing?

problem's been fixed AFAIK. some strange configuration in his firefox was setting off some triggers on the domain's firewall and blocking him because of it.
