If it's a migraine take a damp wash towel and put it in the freezer for a bit, take it out and put it over your forehead and eyes, repeat as needed. Or you can get some advil liquid gels and they work usually within 20 - 30 minutes and always works for me.

 

Caffeine is actually good for headaches, it's a ingredient in prescription migraine medications. Headaches come from constricted blood vessels, Caffeine opens the blood vessels up.
