I joined the server for the first time, and none of the cts gave orders, and when they did, nobody followed them. It was just the ts knifing the cts every round.

Is the server normally like this?

Don't listen to him, it's not normally like that. Try playing when all the regulars are on, you'll see that it's very different.

that happens from time to time...usually when the ratio is off or on a map that no one really likes

but when some of the regs are on its a lot better
