When I said fictitious environment I meant the actual game, not their "team" meetings. You know those crazy people who sit at their computer with a bag for bodily excrement and a cup of noodles.

Now that you mention it, I've never heard of anyone who died of playing WoW, but I know of at least two or three cases where people just played cs until they died

 

And treating a fictional environment like real life isn't nerdy, it's schizophrenia.
