EX: We where on clue and with the guns on that map low enough someone was throwing guns over the fence making them unreachable.... Link to comment

Is it considered being a traitor since you're not helping the innocents kill traitors, and instead hampering their ability to do so? Link to comment

If the guns are completely out of reach in the sense that there is no way you can get them back, then yes that is griefing, is punishable and is a traitorous act.
