This is the after life, just you remembering back to when you were alive. And it just keeps replaying and replaying. That's why some days seem longer than the others, you're able to recall more of what happened that day than on other days. I was pretty baked when I thought of this :3 Im totally writing a Short Story based on this Link to comment

Lux Posted April 8, 2011 Content Count: 6712 Joined: 03/06/08 Status: Offline Share Posted April 8, 2011 I've sometimes brought up the idea in my head that everyone else is a figment of my imagination and that I am subconsciously pulling the strings and dictating life......but then I realise that's just self-righteousness. This is what video games are for. To distract me from hippy trippin. 1 Link to comment
Tyler Posted April 8, 2011 Content Count: 1590 Joined: 06/06/09 Status: Offline Share Posted April 8, 2011 (edited) Does anyone else feel like The world around you is just another persons dream and that you yourself are a figment of imagination? Talked about this in English class, but an answer for the last part is a saying, "Cogito ergo sum" by René Descartes, it means "I think, therefore I am." So you have to exist. As far as the rest goes I guess theres really no way to tell because you could be the one creating the world around you but you can't prove it because you wouldn't want to break the illusion that you have created. Also you should read the story "The Mysterious Stranger" by Mark Twain sort of revolves around this concept and is a good read. Edited April 8, 2011 by Tyler Link to comment

We're stuck in a nonexistence paradox! Or we're in the Matrix :/ Link to comment
