This sounds to me like its pretty close to Igod (basically you chat with a bot programmed to be like god or something like that...)

Igod is actually pretty old now but still occasionally fun to mess with

Cleverbot has been around for a long long time. And I see he has gotten smarter lol. It's always a good time waster.

 

Oh, also for anyone who knows anything about Harry Potter, try casting some "Spells" at cleverbot. He's good at dueling.
