Profil pic/avatar broken?

Everytime I try to download an image for my avatar/profile pic it says 'unable to download image' or something similar.. I've tried it from my computer and from a url :/ nothing changed.

 

And Yes I do respect the size and weight of the image :/ now I'm avatarless

 

 

Is it me or the whole thing is broken? If it's me, can you help me out? thanks!

same thing hapened to me with my sig but it worked using the url.
