I have a Razer mouse myself, and I bought the mouse pad with it. Should fix all your problems, my mouse slides real nicely as long as I keep it clean. A new mouse pad wouldn't change much, I have a death adder with some $5 mousepad from walmart. But just move it slow and it will be fine, I have my sensitivity up a lot so moving a tad makes it go pretty far.
