They put in a diagnostic disk, replace broken hardware (and charge a premium on the new piece, of course), reformat Windows, then tell you that you had a virus and try to sell you overpriced/useless Antivirus. It's funny how true this is.. ask anyone who went to geek squad and their story will be that almost word for word.. and they are so happy they have a "brand new" computer that works for half the price of a truly new comp. They told my sister limewire made her win7 go no genuine.. I looked all over the internet and could not find someone with the same problem. THey charged her for a new windows install. I got mine for 15 bucks and got the WAT removal app... Link to comment
