With the season over now comes the draft this Thursday, June 23rd, at 7 PM EST. Being a big basketball guy I am excited for this draft especially as a Cavs fan.

Personally, I think that Kyrie will go first and to the Cavs but we will see because there have been talks of them moving picks around.

Being a Laker fan, I've never really invested in it in quite some time.

Obviously Kyrie goes #1, followed by DW.

After that, who knows. Probably the two big guys next in some fashion. (Kanter and Jonas)

NBA Draft rarely gets me excited. It's just not that entertaining. And if your team doesn't have a Top 1-15 pick, it rarely effects your team.

Really I usually turn it off after the first few picks. Usually the top 15 are exciting to see who gets who but usually after that you rarely find guys that will make a strong impact in the league. However, you will get the occasional surprise.

Raptors picked another random Euro big man who won't do good. Tristan Thompson, Canadian

Actually he went to the Cavs 4th overall. Although, the Raptors did draft a random European center at #5.

im not even gonna bother with the draft until we get another big man who has the complete package. the last guy that had that was the number pick in 97.

it's all point guards and flashy wingmen these days. the good bigs will set up a franchise for success.

I agree. Which right now is the Miami Heat's downfall. Good big men are hard to come by and if you think about all the championship caliber teams they all have a solid post presence. Tim Duncan is probably one of the greats of all time and he is hard to replace. Great solid big men are hard to come by now-a-days so I pretty much agree.

Thank you for repeating what I said...
