you'll go slightly over budget but honestly the thing is that you can't get much cheaper t han this and be able to run ARMA 2. That requires a lot of beefy power

green, black, blue whatever, it's the cheapest and really good, if you want speed get an ssd or a velociraptor

 

also the i3-2100 is bad not really the best sandy bridge for that price.

 

for that budget there isn't really a lot you can get that can play good games.

 

Green is much slower.. and if you want speed a velociraptor is NOT the way to go...

Go look at beach test of a velociraptor VS a WD caviar black..

 

Also with this budget he is better of with a AMD 4 core than this i3..
