slight exageration lol but still. power surge from my psu. some sparks flew. took it to the geek squad for diagnostics, they say psu is dead and mobo maybe damaged, they need more time to check 600$ wasted...(not sure about factory warranty) and prly no css for awhile at least on my desktop pc

no my psu was about 300 and my mobo was around 300 as well. and if my mobo is dead too i could be out 600$

i dont think they cover ebay purchases. its where i bought my first motherboard for about 250$ and it was defective and warrnanty didnt cover it since it was bought from a 3rd party

PSU from Ebay? Prob why it blew in the first place. There are reputable companies on ebay, but only buy from them (Power-seller, own store etc) not from random sellers.
