Actually some studies are saying that sleeping for 10 hours or more shortens your life span.

I would never have been able to do that, it would fuck me over completely. Considering it's me, I would fall asleep anywhere, at any time.

This is actually very interesting, altough I dont think I would be capable doing this because as Lux I just can't take a nap whenever I want. I have to be tired in the first place. Tell me more in several weeks time how you're experiment is going =)

Well, my first attempt was a failure. Instead of the planned 2-3 hours last night, I slept for 12 haha

It wouldn't work if I have a real job, but since I'm in college, I can work my sleep schedule around my classes.

Implementing this around classes is pretty easy. It just takes planning and adjusting your body's sleep schedule. It took me two weeks to finally get it at school.

 

As for a job, that's a little more tough if you work a 9-5 job like me. I feel like hours sometimes go wasted but sleeping for more than 7 hours makes me grogy and it feels like I never get any good sleep. I do't know what it is about 6 hours, but I feel so much better afterwards. The little nap(s) between classes definitely help too.
