Implementing this around classes is pretty easy. It just takes planning and adjusting your body's sleep schedule. It took me two weeks to finally get it at school. As for a job, that's a little more tough if you work a 9-5 job like me. I feel like hours sometimes go wasted but sleeping for more than 7 hours makes me grogy and it feels like I never get any good sleep. I do't know what it is about 6 hours, but I feel so much better afterwards. The little nap(s) between classes definitely help too. Link to comment
