Does bot difficulty effect the way they knife you? 1. The server isn't meant to be played like a normal server, it's only meant for testing and development. 2. Yes; the bot difficulty is at the hardest one right now. The do a weak knife because you're running, so they think you're further away because they run faster than they were programmed to by valve.
