Well its not "Illegal"

 

No one can be "Banned" only server banned

 

Some servers don't take kindly to it but scripting normally not many people like

The reason behind it is that bunny hopping requires you to jump immediately after landing, we're talking about milliseconds here. Mousewheel jumping makes it so that you can turn the wheel back and forth repeatedly to spam the jump function to make sure you're jumping right when you land.

Mostly because I haven't worked out how to set custom time delays in G15 macros yet, otherwise I'd be able to hold down G18 or something and essentially pogo without overloading myself clientside.

 

That and I'd finally never need to worry about running out of bloody favorite weaponset slots again.
